It is reported that the purpose of this activity is to fully implement the requirements of the Ministry of Justice on launching the "Administrative Reconsideration Law Xi Publicity Month", enhance the awareness and credibility of administrative reconsideration, and effectively deliver the newly revised "Administrative Reconsideration Law" to the masses.
At the scene, the staff of the District Administrative Reconsideration Bureau carried out the theme publicity activities of the newly revised "Administrative Reconsideration Law", and popularized the highlights of the revision of the "Administrative Reconsideration Law" for the masses through the distribution of the "Constitution" and the "Administrative Reconsideration Law", administrative reconsideration publicity leaflets, legal publicity materials and on-site answers to the public's consultations, and introduced the convenient measures for the district administrative reconsideration work, and planted the concept of "the main channel for administrative reconsideration to resolve administrative disputes" in the hearts of the people.
According to reports, the District Administrative Reconsideration Service Center officially settled in the newly completed District Legal Service Center in November this year. During the event, we visited the District Legal Service Center and observed the administrative reconsideration reception window, mediation room and smart hearing room.
The staff of the District Administrative Reconsideration Bureau focused on explaining the legal knowledge related to the newly revised "Administrative Reconsideration Law", the effectiveness of the reform of the administrative reconsideration system, and the "one-stop" polyphony docking work model carried out by the District Administrative Reconsideration Bureau relying on the Jing'an District Legal Service Center, so as to enhance the public's understanding of the highlights of the new law, the standardized construction of reconsideration and the work of the District Legal Service Center.
On the same day, the visitors observed a hearing on an administrative reconsideration case involving administrative penalties for market supervision in the smart hearing room. At the hearing, the parties made full statements, cross-examinations and debates around the focus of the dispute, and the staff showed the relevant evidence to the parties, and the hearing rhythm was compact and orderly, standardized and rigorous. After the hearing, Shao Kaijun, a member of the CPPCC District Committee, the legal adviser of the District Party Committee and the District Government, and the director of Jinfu Law Firm, commented on the hearing activities.
According to reports, the "immersive experience" of the two-in-one activity of reconsideration hearing and evaluation allowed the participants to further understand the procedural requirements of the reconsideration hearing, and to experience the new momentum and new changes brought by the newly revised "Administrative Reconsideration Law" and the newly completed District Legal Service Center to the administrative reconsideration work in the district, and to deeply understand how the administrative reconsideration plays the role of "sword" and "strong shield".
