Eligibility:
Cyclists who have been engaged in physical exercise for a long time, are in good health, are aged 14-55 years old (subject to ID card), and have basic riding skills and vehicle control ability, there is no restriction on nationality. Participants should provide proof of any cycling experience in 2023, and attach a certificate of completion or transcript, those who lack materials are not allowed to participate in this event, and it is recommended that participants register through qualified bicycle associations, clubs and other groups (associations and clubs will evaluate whether the participants are physically up to standard and whether they have the ability to finish the race before registration.) If the participant is not physically up to standard, he or she will not be allowed to participate in this competition.
Cyclists under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a waiver signed by a guardian. All minors participating in the competition means that they have obtained the consent or authorization of their parents or guardians, and all consequences shall be borne by them or their parents or guardians.
Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease, patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases, patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases, patients with coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmias, diabetic patients with high or low blood sugar, and other people who are not suitable for sports.
All active professional riders (registered in the professional group of the Chinese Cycling Association) and retired riders (subject to the date of athlete registration) who have not been more than 2 consecutive years are not allowed to participate in the competition. Once the organizing committee finds that the qualifications are not met, the contestant will be disqualified.
Contest Requirements:
Athletes participating in individual competitions are required to bring their own vehicles and wear necessary safety gear such as helmets and riding gloves during the competition.
In the spirit of "friendship first, competition second", all participants must abide by the competition rules, pay attention to safety, and do not take risks that may cause injury to themselves or others.
During the competition, the athlete must not give or receive any favorable external help, otherwise he will be disqualified from the admission results.
The track will be closed 30 minutes before the race, and no other vehicles are allowed to enter or stay on the race track except for the working vehicles of the organizing committee.
Tournament equipment
This competition will use mountain bikes equipped with suspension forks, and the performance is intact, no hard forklifts are allowed, the wheel diameter is required to be more than 26 inches (inclusive), the tires must be more than 1.75 (inclusive) toothed tires, the vehicle does not meet the requirements, shall not participate in the competition, all participants must ensure that the vehicle is in good condition and meet the requirements of the competition, no brakes shall not be used, any injury or loss caused by the quality, condition or improper use of the vehicle shall be borne by me.
Participating athletes must bring their own vehicles, clothing, equipment, etc., and must meet the requirements of the competition rules before they can participate, and must always wear helmets, number plates, and number bibs during the competition, otherwise they will be disqualified from the competition.
Contest Method
The competition will be divided into groups according to the group starting method of large groups, and the ranking will be determined by the order in which the players reach the finish line, and according to the process of the competition, the referee will decide to withdraw from the competition according to the situation.
The race adopts manual timing, with race referees in many places on the track and high-speed cameras at the finish line.
Athletes must check in at the check-in office 30 minutes before the start of the race, and the check-in will end 10 minutes before the race.
Admission rankings and awards

2. Men's Mass Group, the top 30 students will be admitted, and the closing time will be 1 hour;
3. Women's Mass Group, top 30 students will be admitted, and the closing time will be 40 minutes;
4. Youth group, the top 20 students will be admitted, and the closing time will be 40 minutes;
Finishers will be awarded finisher medals, the top three finishers in each category will be awarded special gift bags, certificates, trophies and vouchers, the 4th to 20th finishers will be awarded special Spring Festival gifts and award certificates, the 21st to 30th runners will receive a piece of cycling equipment, and the top 10 athletes in the youth group will be awarded.
How to register
The number of participants in this competition is limited to 300 people, including 100 in the men's elite group, 100 in the men's public group, 50 in the women's public group, and 50 in the youth group.

Funding and registration
Participation in this competition is voluntary and at your own expense. The competition charges a registration fee of 60 yuan per person, which will be used to purchase souvenirs for the contestants, and the registration fee will not be refunded after successful registration. Participants who do not provide their ID card and phone number or have the wrong number will be disqualified if they fail to purchase insurance.

All participants must carefully read the safety disclaimer, fill in the registration form and its terms truthfully, completely and clearly, and sign for confirmation. If the insurance information is incorrect due to unclear information, the loss caused shall be borne by the person.
All participants are required to attend the Opening Ceremony, which will be held immediately after the Opening Ceremony.
After the competition, there will be an award ceremony on site, the top three players are invited to participate in the award ceremony, and the other winners will receive the prizes on the spot with their ID cards and number bibs.

The name of Xizhu originates from the cultural inheritance of "Dongxiang Shenjun, Xizhu Lingyi" in the Changlian of Daguanlou and the title of "Xizhu Grange" in Yunnan Wanglongyun Guantang Hot Spring. On May 28, 2011, after the study and decision of the Kunming Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, the two sub-district offices of Shalang and Changkou were withdrawn and merged to establish the Xizhu Sub-district Office of Wuhua District.
Xizhu Street is located in the northwest of Kunming City, 16 kilometers away from the main urban area of Kunming, with a total area of 270.79 square kilometers. It is connected with Songming County and Panlong District in the east, Phuket Sub-district Office in the south, and Fumin County in the northwest. The altitude is between 1670 meters and 2527 meters, the relative height difference is 857 meters, it belongs to the plateau landform characteristics, the three-dimensional climate is obvious, it belongs to the northern subtropical semi-humid monsoon plateau climate, the annual average temperature is between 12 °C and 15 °C, the annual average sunshine is about 2200 hours, and the frost period is about 147 days.
