New design + 401km range!BYD Yuan UP exposure, or the first quarter of the launch
Recently, we obtained a set of interior pictures of BYD Yuan UP from relevant channels, and we can see that the new car will be equipped with a large-size floating central control screen and use a full LCD instrument cluster, which is expected to be used as a replacement model for Yuan Pro. In addition, the new model has already been unveiled in the catalog of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, positioning itself as an all-electric compact SUV equipped with a 130kW drive motor.
The new car is still in the testing phase, with extensive camouflage in the cabin, and the interior design, layout and layout may be adjusted in the production model. The test model uses a combination of large-size floating central control LCD screen + full LCD instrument panel, as for whether the central control screen still supports rotation like other BYD models, it is doubtful at present.
The new car's electronic parking brake, automatic parking and other functions are placed on the driver's right-hand side of the panel, with the shift knob in the middle. In addition, functions such as audio adjustment and air conditioning adjustment are integrated into this panel, which is more convenient to use. In terms of configuration, according to the declaration information, the new car will be equipped with a panoramic canopy, a 360 panoramic camera, and an assisted driving system.
Referring to the previous declaration information, it can be seen that the new car adopts the family-style design language of BYD's pure electric series, with blackened headlights and daytime running lights at the bottom connected to the chrome trim strip in the middle. The bottom bumper has an upturned shape, which is also embellished with silver trim strips to create an outdoor atmosphere. The side adopts a floating roof design, and the details use semi-hidden door handles, which will be more in line with the popular positioning of the Yuan UP compared to the hidden door handles.
Looking at the rear of the car, the Yuan UP is equipped with a through-type LED light strip and is equipped with rear windshield wipers. The rear bumper has the same shape as the front, and is embellished with a silver base plate for good front and rear consistency. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the Yuan UP are 4310/1830/1675mm, and the wheelbase is 2620mm.
In terms of power, the Yuan UP will be offered with 70kW and 130kW motors, paired with 31kWh and 45.12kWh lithium iron phosphate blade batteries respectively, with a range of up to 401km.
