Some netizens even pointed out that 160 in 12 hours on Jingdong is already a lot, and the postal service is only 100 a day.
Netizens who have worked in Shanghai Best Supply Chain for three years said that JD.com's treatment is much better than that of Best.
6. Compensation is required for damaged goods

But many people have lost money because of it.

The Labor Law stipulates the following for full-time and part-time employment:
Full-time workers work no more than 8 hours a day. If it is necessary to extend the working hours due to special reasons, the daily hours shall not exceed 3 hours under the condition of ensuring the health of the workers.
Part-time workers generally work no more than 4 hours per day in the same employer. The standard of part-time hourly remuneration shall not be lower than the minimum hourly wage standard prescribed by the people's government at the place where the employer is located.
On April 26, 2023, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security issued a notice on adjusting the minimum wage standard.
The hourly minimum wage standard for part-time employment is 21 yuan for the first-class district, 20 yuan for the second-class district, and 19 yuan for the third-class district.
Jingdong Asia No. 1 Logistics Park, where the party has worked, is located in Baqiao District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, and belongs to the first class of districts.
