In order to solve the payment pain points of overseas personnel in China, since the beginning of this year, Bank of Communications Changning Sub-branch has launched a number of facilitation measures to give full play to the role of cash as a backdrop, optimize the use environment of foreign cards, and optimize the payment and account facilitation of overseas personnel in China.
First, overseas account opening in China is "not visible", which facilitates communication without barriers. The eight outlets under the jurisdiction of Bank of Communications Changning Sub-branch all provide overseas account opening services in China, and have set up foreign language specialists to provide foreign language communication services for overseas personnel in China in terms of account opening and foreign currency exchange.
Second, foreign exchange in China is "not visible", and currency exchange is "zero threshold". The outlets under the jurisdiction of Bank of Communications Changning Sub-branch provide cash settlement and exchange in 18 currencies, and have achieved full coverage of the "currency exchange" logo. During the peak outbound season, the Business Department of Changning Sub-branch of Bank of Communications, located at No. 508 Jiangsu Road, further increased the number of equipment payment currencies to provide personalized foreign exchange needs such as "purchase of foreign exchange under salary" for overseas personnel coming to China.
The third is that overseas cash withdrawals in China are "not visible", and the use of wild cards is fully covered. In order to facilitate the identification and foreign currency exchange business of overseas personnel coming to China, all outlets of Bank of Communications Changning Sub-branch have posted the "foreign card" acceptance logo in a conspicuous position in the 24-hour self-service area, supporting the withdrawal of funds and balance inquiry of various foreign cards such as UnionPay, VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, etc. In order to meet the small cash needs of some overseas personnel coming to China, some equipment of the outlets has realized the function of small RMB cash withdrawal with a face value of 10 yuan.
In the next step, Bank of Communications Changning Sub-branch will continue to build a long-term mechanism to facilitate payment for overseas personnel coming to China, and improve the quality and efficiency of financial services with practical actions from the aspects of foreign card acceptance environment, enrichment of mobile products, and optimization of cash services.
