Lemongrass fried pork ribs

Steps:
- After cleaning the pork ribs, chop them into sections, add grass and fruit noodles, salt, chili noodles, pea noodles, corn starch, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, chicken essence, lemongrass, citronella grass root, and cooking oil and marinate for 30 minutes.
- The marinated ribs are bundled tightly with lemongrass grass and fried in a pan with hot oil until golden brown.
- After frying and coloring, add garlic and dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.
Beef cubes with garlic mushrooms

Beef ribs, mushrooms, garlic, wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, boiling water
Steps:
- In a pan over high heat, fry the beef and color it first.
- Add seasonings and mix well, pour in hot water, cover the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Add garlic and mushrooms and stir-fry to color, then reduce the juice over high heat.
Roll asparagus in bean skin

Steps:
- After cleaning the asparagus, put it into boiling water, add salt and oil to blanch the water, and remove the water to control drying.
- Roll up the whole root of the cicada wing bean skin, and stick the closing area with egg wash for later use.
- Heat the oil, fry the coarse embryo until golden brown, cut it into sections, pour the mushroom sauce, and put it on a plate.
