6 Test Methods

6.1 Rock Minerals

The test method is carried out according to the test method in Appendix A of GB/T 18601-2009.

6.1 Rock Minerals

The test method is carried out according to the test method in Appendix A of GB/T 18601-2009.

6.2 Processing Quality

6.2.1 Woolen Plates

6.2.1.1 Flatness

The 1000mm steel flat ruler with a flatness tolerance of 0.1mm is naturally attached to the two diagonals at 15mm away from the edge of the plate and the plane to be inspected, and the gap between the ruler surface and the plate surface is measured with a feeler gauge. When the length of the side to be inspected or the length of the diagonal is greater than 1000mm, the steel flat ruler is used to detect along the side length and the diagonal section, and the overlapping position is not less than one-third of the length of the steel flat ruler. The flatness tolerance of the woolly plate is expressed in terms of the measurement of the maximum clearance, and the measured value is accurate to 0.05mm.

6.2.1.2 Thickness

Measure the thickness of the glazing plate with a vernier caliper or a measuring instrument that can meet the accuracy requirements, and measure the midpoint of the 4 sides (see Figure 3). The maximum and minimum values of the deviation between the measured value and the nominal value are used to represent the dimensional deviation of the thickness of the woolly plate, and the measured value is accurate to 0.1mm.

6.2.2 Specifications and dimensions of general type plates

Measure the length, width, and thickness of the plate with vernier calipers or measuring instruments that can meet the requirements of measurement accuracy. The length and width are measured in the three parts of the plate (see Fig. 2), and the thickness is measured at the midpoint of the four sides (see Fig. 3). The maximum and minimum values of the deviation between the measured value and the nominal value are used to express the dimensional deviation of length, width, and thickness, respectively, and the measured value is accurate to 0.1 mm.

6.2.3 Specifications and dimensions of arc plates

Use vernier calipers or measuring instruments that can meet the requirements of measurement accuracy to measure the chord length, height and maximum and minimum wall thickness of the arc plate. The chord length is measured at both end faces of the arc plate (see Fig. 1), the wall thickness is measured at the end face and side of the arc plate (see Fig. 1), and the height of the arc plate is measured as shown in Fig. 4. The maximum and minimum values of the deviation between the measured value and the nominal value are used to represent the dimensional deviation of chord length, height, and wall thickness, respectively, and the measured value is accurate to 0.1 mm.

6.2.4 Flatness of the general profile

The 1000mm steel flat ruler with a flatness tolerance of 0.1mm is pasted on the two diagonals of 10mm from the edge of the board and the plane to be inspected, and the gap between the ruler surface and the plate surface is measured with a feeler gauge. When the length of the side and diagonal of the inspected surface is greater than 1000mm, the steel flat ruler is used to detect along the perimeter and diagonal section.

The flatness tolerance of the sheet is expressed in terms of the measured value of the maximum clearance, and the measured value is accurate to 0.05 mm.

6.2.5 Arc plates

6.2.5.1 Straightness of arc plate

The 1000mm steel flat ruler with a flatness tolerance of 0.1mm is pasted on the arc surface along the direction of the arc plate bus, and the gap between the ruler surface and the plate surface is measured with a feeler gauge, and the measurement position is shown in Figure 4. When the height of the arc plate to be inspected is greater than 1000mm, it is measured in sections along the bus bar with a steel flat ruler.

The straightness tolerance of the arc plate is expressed in the measured value of the maximum clearance, and the measured value is accurate to 0.05mm.

6.2.5.2 Arc plate line contour

According to the provisions of GB/T 1800.3 and GB/T 1801, the arc die with dimensional accuracy of JS7 (js7) is used to attach to the arc surface to be inspected, and the gap between the die and the arc surface is measured with a feeler gauge, and the measurement position is shown in Figure 4.

The linear profile tolerance of the arc plate is expressed in the measured value of the maximum clearance, and the measured value is accurate to 0.05mm.

6.2.6 Angle of the general profile

It is detected by a 90° steel angle ruler with a perpendicularity tolerance of 0.13mm and an edge length of 500mm ×400mm at the inner corner. Place the short side of the ruler against the short side of the plate, and the long side against the long side of the plate, and measure the maximum gap between the long side of the plate and the long side of the corner ruler with a feeler gauge. Measure the four corners of the plate using the above method.

The angular tolerance of the sheet is expressed as a measurement of the maximum clearance, and the measured value is accurate to 0.05 mm.

6.2.7 Angle of the end face of the arc plate

It is detected by a 90° steel angle ruler with a perpendicularity tolerance of 0.13mm and an edge length of 500mm ×400mm at the inner corner. Place the short side of the corner ruler close to the end face of the arc plate, use the long side of the angle ruler to stick to the edge of the arc plate, and measure the maximum gap between the edge of the arc plate and the long side of the corner ruler with a feeler gauge. Measure the four corners of the arc plate using the above method.

The angular tolerance of the arc plate is expressed in the measured value of the maximum clearance, and the measured value is accurate to 0.05 mm.

6.2.8 Angle between front and side

With a 90° steel angle ruler with a perpendicularity tolerance of 0.13mm and a length of 500mm ×400mm at the inner corner, the short side of the corner ruler is close to the decorative surface, and the long side of the corner ruler is attached to the side, and the position of the gap is observed to determine the size of the angle.

6.2.9 Arc plate α angle

The arc die is attached to the decorative surface of the arc plate and the radial scale extension line on it intersects with the edge of the arc plate, and the small flat ruler is placed on the arc die along the radial scale mark, and the angle between the side of the arc plate and the small flat ruler is measured (see Figure 5).
