At the ceremony, the two sides signed the "Co-construction Agreement" to set up an anti-drug education base for community corrections. After the ceremony, discussions and exchanges were held on the deep integration of the work of the two sides, co-construction and co-governance.

The addition and support of the judicial compulsory rehabilitation center has injected new vitality into the work of community corrections in Jin'an, and is of great significance for solving the problem of insufficient supervision and educational resources in community corrections, and comprehensively improving the scientific and standardized level of community corrections.
Zeng Shengbo, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and political commissar of the Fuzhou Judicial Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center, said that the concept of "great judicial administration" should be firmly established, and the advantages of police resources in drug rehabilitation centers should be given full play to realize the complementary advantages, resource sharing, and information exchange between the two sides, and actively help community corrections subjects carry out educational activities to prevent re-breaking and criminal activities.
