In order to improve the drainage capacity of road pipelines and improve the quality of road traffic, Dinghai District Urban and Rural Construction Group Co., Ltd. will occupy Baihushan Road and Haiyuan Road in Dinghai District. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction, in accordance with the provisions of Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the traffic management department of the public security organ has decided to implement the following traffic organization measures for the construction section:
1. Baihu Mountain Road. From April 13 to July 23, 2024, part of Baihushan Road (the section between Baihushan Road No. 3 and Xiyuan Street) will be closed from east to west, and the closed road section will be closed to motor vehicles, and non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians will pass on Baotong Road.
2. Haiyuan Road. From April 13 to August 13, 2024, the entire road surface of Haiyuan Road (the section between the three-fork intersection on the east side of Xuelin Yayuan and Wenhua Road) will be closed from west to east, and the closed road section will be closed to vehicles and pedestrians.
Drivers and pedestrians passing through the construction section are requested to plan their travel routes in advance, consciously abide by the instructions and guidance of traffic signs, and obey the command and management of the site and management personnel to ensure orderly and safe passage.
