April 15 is the ninth National Security Education Day. The theme of this year's Education Day is "10th Anniversary of the Overall National Security Concept: Innovation and Leadership". In order to further strengthen the national security awareness of all teachers and students and create a good atmosphere for safeguarding national security and campus safety, a few days ago, Xinhua Road Street, together with the Shanghai Customs Laws and Regulations Department, the Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Center Customs and the Xinhua Road Police Station, held a national security education school meeting class with the theme of "Beautiful China, You and I Guard" in the Middle School Affiliated to East China University of Political Science and Law.

At the event, Zheng Chen, a professional from the Laws and Regulations Department of Shanghai Customs, explained the relevant knowledge of national biosecurity to the students in an entertaining way. Through micro-video animation, the importance of preventing the invasion of alien species and protecting biodiversity was demonstrated. The atmosphere at the scene was very warm, with interactive questions and answers on biosecurity knowledge and a display of specimens of alien harmful organisms, in which teachers and students actively participated.
Subsequently, Teng Kai, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Customs of Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Center, shared with the students a small story of national security during the Expo. The novel and interesting cases and humorous language made the students refreshed, and everyone actively echoed and expressed themselves.
Finally, Fan Dandan, an off-campus security counselor of Xinhua Road Police Station, closely followed the theme of national security and campus security, and taught students anti-drugs, anti-cult, campus anti-terrorism, anti-gang and evil, and prevention of telecommunication network fraud.
After the event, teachers and students said that they must implement the overall security concept and jointly undertake the sacred mission of safeguarding national security and campus security. In the future, Xinhua Road Street will continue to carry out a series of national security publicity activities, vigorously publicize and popularize national security education knowledge for young people, key areas and the public, and strive to promote the concept of overall national security concept to take root in the hearts of the people.
