Guo Fang is the person in charge of this greenhouse, rooted in agriculture for decades, from climate differentiation planting to the transformation of ecological agriculture, and then to explore ecological planting technology, for him, agriculture is not only a kind of cultivation, but also an endless exploration of new paths for agricultural development.
Guo Fang was born in Qianpu Village, Xinxu Town, Xiang'an District, where his ancestors were farmers, and he was interested in agricultural planting since he was a child. When he was a child, his family mainly cultivated rice, sweet potatoes and other food crops, and the economic benefits were low. In 1984, 16-year-old Guo Fang began to order agriculture-related newspapers and books, buy vegetable varieties, try to grow cash crops, and study while planting.
In 1986, Guo Fang asked for a three-point plot from his father to try to grow a new variety of watermelon. Unexpectedly, the watermelons on the market in the wrong season were very popular in the market, "At that time, my watermelons in three thirds of the land were sold for 2,800 yuan, which was worth my family's annual income." Guo Fang said that after the success of the first attempt, he began to introduce more new varieties of vegetables, and successively introduced new varieties such as "Xiayang Bai" Chinese cabbage, cabbage, and purple long eggplant, and the vegetables planted were exported to Shanghai, Beijing and other places, and many villagers around him also began to grow vegetables and fruits under his influence.

Guo Fang has been losing money for 4 years in a row, in order to save labor costs, he does everything by himself, gets up at 5 o'clock in the morning every day to go to the field, collects, packs, and delivers vegetables all by himself, and is busy until 11 or 2 o'clock in the evening every day.
By the fifth year, Guo Fang's organic vegetables began to be accepted by more and more consumers, and large supermarket chains such as Yuan Chu and Xia Shang came to him one after another to purchase, and gradually turned losses into profits. Guofang's vegetable planting area has also developed from three points to four agricultural bases, with a total of more than 300 acres. In 2017, a variety of vegetables grown by the cooperative also passed layers of testing and was selected as one of the food suppliers for the BRICS Summit in Xiamen.
Now, Guo Fang has begun to explore ecological planting technology, turning automatic machinery into "new agricultural tools", "hoping to use the power of science and technology to change the scene of 'people and cattle are exhausted' when working in the field, attract more young people to participate in agricultural planting, and help scientific agriculture". Xie Qiming lost his right leg in a traffic accident when he was 9 years old, and since then he can only be accompanied by crutches. In 1998, 23-year-old Xie Qiming came to Xiamen from his hometown in Sanming alone, ready to do a career. When he first arrived in Xiamen, he found that many roadsides did not sell mineral water, so he decided to start by setting up a stall to sell mineral water.
A bicycle and a case of mineral water are the principal of his start. In 2016, he funded the establishment of the "Halfway House" for people with spinal cord injuries in Xiamen, which provides rehabilitation training and employment and entrepreneurship training for people with disabilities.
