The project is located in Qixia District, Nanjing, with Yanxin Road to the east, Huadian North Road to the south, Yinchun Road to the west and Qingshan Road to the north.

The planned land area of plot A is about 14,120 square meters, the plot ratio is 3.0, the green space rate is ≥ 35%, the building height is ≤ 80m, and the building density is ≤ 35%, of which the total construction area on the ground is about 37,251 square meters, and it is planned as a 13-storey comprehensive building, whose functions are mainly administrative offices, scientific research and teaching, children's health care and reproductive centers.
The planned land area of plot B is about 41,952 square meters, the plot ratio is 2.7, the green space rate is ≥ 35%, the building height is ≤ 75m, and the building density is ≤ 40%, of which the total construction area on the ground is about 112887 square meters, and it is planned to be a 15-storey ward building, a 6-storey outpatient medical technology building and other single-storey supporting buildings, and its functions are mainly outpatient, medical technology, wards and related supporting rooms.

The planned land area of plot C is about 28,651 square meters, which is an underground space for urban green space.
The planned land area of plot G is about 8,685 square meters, which is the underground space of urban roads. The main functions of the underground space are motorized garages, non-motorized garages, wartime nuclear level 5 civil air defense hospitals, wartime personnel shelters and supporting facilities.
The construction of Dingjiazhuang hospital is based on the principle of "strong specialty, fine comprehensive", with 1,200 beds. The project level is a tertiary hospital, and it will also provide more comprehensive functions such as internal medicine, surgery, stomatology, and traditional Chinese medicine.
According to reports, the project is expected to be delivered before the end of the year! The project facilities, including the city park (which can provide parking and civil air defense functions, etc.), will also be open to surrounding residents free of charge after completion.
The traffic of the Dingjiazhuang branch of the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital is also very developed, for example, the northern section of Line 7 that has been opened to traffic, there are two stations that can cover the hospital, they are: Dingjiazhuang South Station and Dingjiazhuang Station.
