In 2023, the China Women's Development Foundation, HR Helena and Shanghai Jiao Tong University jointly launched the "She Creates Power" public welfare project female entrepreneurship training, aiming to provide professional online and offline entrepreneurship guidance courses and learning and exchange platforms for female entrepreneurs, enhance women's leadership and innovation capabilities, enhance their competitiveness and influence, and encourage them to help and drive more women to achieve entrepreneurship and employment.

Focusing on the six necessary abilities of entrepreneurial women, such as strategic planning, scientific decision-making, team leadership, business communication, risk management, and brand marketing, the first batch of "She Creates Power" students gathered at Shanghai Jiao Tong University to further improve their business capabilities such as situation analysis, strategic thinking, and business operation under the careful guidance of Tiantuan, an authoritative tutor of Antai School of Economics and Management.
In 2023, the first phase of the "She Creates Power" public welfare project offline class
During the course, the students of "She Creates Power" returned to the campus to receive systematic course teaching from SJTU instructors, and started a rich extracurricular life in an atmosphere of mutual assistance and mutual inspiration. They are entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs from different fields, sharing the similar mental journey of female entrepreneurs, while broadening their business tentacles and expanding network resources, they have gained strong emotional support and business partners, enhanced their sense of corporate social responsibility and public welfare concept, and successfully completed the offline entrepreneurship camp course in December 2023 after two modules with a total of 6 days.

On May 26, the 2024 "She Creates Power" public welfare project experience classroom activity was held at the Shenzhen Industry Research Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and nearly 60 entrepreneurial women from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area participated in the event. The recruitment of the 2024 "She Creates Power" public welfare project was also officially launched in this experience class.
The recruitment for the second phase of the 2024 "She Creates Power" public welfare project for female entrepreneurship training is now open.
