3. Recruitment positions and numbers

There are 45 auxiliary police officers of the Public Security Bureau, including 40 (male) from the Special Patrol Police Brigade and 5 (female) from the Administrative Detention Center.

Fourth, the recruitment conditions

1. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, abide by national laws and regulations, have good conduct and clean history;

3. Applicants must be over 18 years old (born before June 3, 2006) and under 40 years old (born after June 3, 1984);

4. College degree or above, retired military personnel are relaxed to high school degree or above (fresh graduates in 2024 can also apply for the examination, but they need to provide a qualified graduation certificate at the political examination stage);

8. Under the same conditions, retired servicemen are preferentially hired.

5. Recruitment Procedures

3. Qualification review and payment: Qualification review is carried out according to the conditions set by the recruitment position, and the registration cannot be changed once the recruitment department has passed the preliminary examination. 4. There is no opening ratio for this recruitment.

5. Basic procedures for online registration:

(3) Written examination

1. The time for collecting the written test admission ticket. The time and place of printing the "Written Examination Admission Ticket" can be found on the website of Qiu County People's Government. Candidates must print the "Written Examination Admission Ticket" according to the requirements of the notice. Please refer to the written test admission ticket for the time, place and requirements of the written test.

2. The method and content of the written test. The written test is conducted in a closed-book manner, and the content of the written test is public basic knowledge and legal knowledge, and the score is 100 points.

3. Written test requirements. Candidates should take the examination in accordance with the time, place and examination room determined on the "Written Examination Admission Ticket". When taking the test, you must bring the "Written Test Admission Ticket" and the valid second-generation ID card (or social security card) at the same time.

4. Determine the candidates for qualification review. (4) Qualification review

Candidates for qualification review shall prepare the following materials:

(5) Assessment

The time for printing the "Assessment Admission Ticket" can be found on the website of the Qiu County People's Government. Candidates should participate in the assessment in accordance with the time, place and examination room determined on the "Assessment Admission Ticket". The assessment method is physical fitness test + interview.

The physical fitness test has a full score of 100 points, and the content is (1) 100 meters, (2) standing long jump, (3) 1000 meters (men), 800 meters (women), (4) pull-ups (men), sit-ups (women), 25 points for each item.

The interview is scored out of 100 points. Conducted in a structured interview. Expert judges (7 in each group) are hired from other places to score on the spot and announce them on the spot.

Candidates who apply for the same position are generally divided into the same group and interviewed in the same field. If the number of individual recruits is relatively large, they cannot be divided into the same group and the same position, and according to the order of the written test results of the position from high to low, the serpentine grouping method will be adopted, and the interview will be conducted in groups and recruitment quotas. Candidates draw lots to determine the order of the interview, and only the lottery sequence number is allowed during the interview, and their name or all information related to them are not allowed.

The total score of the Police Auxiliary Force is ×40% in the written test + 40% in the physical fitness test × + 20% in ×the interview.

Each position is determined to enter the physical examination personnel in a ratio of 1:1 from high to low scores. When there is a tie in the total score of the last place in the proportion, priority will be given to recruiting in the following order: children or spouses of martyrs, college students, retired soldiers, retired soldiers and personnel serving the grassroots, activists and advanced individuals who are brave and brave, those with higher academic qualifications, those with higher written test scores, and those with higher interview scores. If the above comparison is still tied and unable to determine the personnel entering the physical examination, the open recruitment leading group will study and test to determine the personnel entering the physical examination.

(6) Physical examination and political examination

1. The physical examination shall be conducted in a hospital at or above the county level, and the physical examination hospital shall be temporarily designated and the organization shall be closed. The physical examination standards shall be carried out in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial). The list of persons entering the physical examination, the time and place of the physical examination meeting are published on the website of the Qiu County People's Government, and the physical examination fee shall be paid by the candidates themselves. Those who fail to pass the physical examination or give up the physical examination shall be disqualified. Those who have passed the physical examination will enter the political examination.

2. The political examination shall be carried out by each unit with reference to the standards for the recruitment of formal staff in the unit, and those who fail to pass the political examination or give up the political examination will be disqualified. Those who pass the political examination are determined to be hired.

3. For vacancies caused by physical examination, unqualified political examination, and abandonment of applicants, other candidates will be filled in order according to the total score from high to low.

(7) Publicity

The proposed personnel will be publicized on the Qiu County People's Government website, and the publicity period will be 7 working days.

6. Relevant treatment

The labor dispatch system is implemented for the hired personnel, and the third-party human resources company will sign the employment contract with the personnel to be hired and dispatch them to work in relevant departments. The employment contract is for a period of three years, with a probationary period of six months.

The salary of the hired personnel shall be implemented with reference to the standard of public security administrators (the minimum wage standard will be increased by 20%), and will be adjusted with the adjustment of the minimum wage standard of our county. and pay pension, medical, work-related injury, unemployment insurance, and the required expenses are included in the financial budget.

During the term of the contract, if the hired person falls under any of the following circumstances, the employing unit may unilaterally terminate the contract at any time:

1. The hired person is unqualified during the probationary period;

2. Absenteeism for more than 15 consecutive working days or cumulative absenteeism for more than 30 working days within one year;

3. Violating work regulations or operating procedures, causing liability accidents, or dereliction of duty, causing serious consequences;

4. Participating in cult organizations or superstitious activities, causing serious consequences;

5. Those who have been sentenced to short-term detention, suspended fixed-term imprisonment, or returned to prison for enforcement of a sentence of fixed-term imprisonment or higher;

6. Unable to perform their own work or meet the reasonable work requirements put forward by the employer.

After the expiration of the three-year contract, it will be decided whether to renew it according to the needs of the work and the assessment.

7. Other matters

(1) Applicants who fail to print the written examination admission ticket and assessment admission ticket within the specified time, and fail to participate in the written examination, qualification review, physical fitness test, interview, physical examination and political examination shall be deemed to have given up automatically. The qualification review runs through the entire process of recruitment, and those who do not meet the requirements will be disqualified, and those who are serious will be held accountable.
