In order to better provide judicial services for enterprises, on the morning of May 31, Zhao Haitao, the person in charge of the Miaohou Street Court of Lianhu Court, Tie Wenjing, vice president of the First Civil Court, Ni Xiaoying, judge, and Ma Ruixue, Peng Jie, assistant judges, went to the Shaanxi Halal Food Chamber of Commerce to carry out special law popularization activities in combination with the characteristics of halal food enterprises, and accurately popularized the law by carrying out lectures and interactive discussions.
In the lecture, Ni Xiaoying started from the Civil Code, and told the representatives of the participating enterprises about the general provisions of the Civil Code and various legal knowledge of each sub-part, especially for the characteristics of enterprises engaged in civil and commercial activities, profoundly explained the relevant legal provisions of the contract part, and pointed out the legal issues and legal risks that enterprises should pay attention to in their daily operation and signing contracts. With the Labor Contract Law as the background, Ma Ruixue used vivid cases to explain the common problems in labor disputes and the corresponding solutions for the people present, and at the same time distributed the "Enterprise Employment Physical Examination Form" to the representatives of the enterprises to self-check whether there are legal risks.
After the lecture, the judges also had a discussion with the representatives of individual enterprises to understand the current legal problems of enterprises and put forward corresponding solutions. Tie Qunping, president of the Chamber of Commerce, and representatives of various enterprises have said that the training has benefited a lot and provided great help for the operation and development of enterprises, and the Halal Food Chamber of Commerce has a people's mediation workstation, which will actively participate in the management of the source of litigation in the Lianhu Court, and escort the high-quality development of halal food enterprises in the jurisdiction.
