Shortly after WWDC, the first iOS 18 developer beta was launched. In the past, you had to be a developer to participate, but now you only need to sign up for a free Apple Developer account, and you will have the opportunity to download it. However, since it is still an early version, there may be bugs and application issues, so it is recommended to install it with a backup device and be aware that the battery life is not optimized.
It's important to note that some third-party apps may not be compatible, and Apple doesn't offer service on devices running beta software. If you need to repair it, be sure to restore it to the latest official version of iOS 17.
Developer betas are usually ahead of public testing, with Apple releasing new versions every two weeks.
