Submission requirements
This event is open to the whole world, the theme is not limited but the content must be positive, and the work will be submitted in the form of photos, videos or text creative proposals.
Photography:
1. There is no restriction on the genre of photographic works, color and black and white, single and group photos are acceptable; There is no limit to creative equipment, cameras, aerial photographs, and creative techniques. Shooting location: "Pingshan Station" in the north of Gangxia within the whole area of Pingshan District.
2. The submitted images should be in JPEG format, and a single file should not be less than 5MB. The number of submissions in this solicitation activity is limited to 10 per person, and 4-8 group photos are counted, counting as 1 work.
Multimedia:
1. The length of the video submitted by the contestant is not limited, preferably 3-5 minutes, to ensure that it is enough to show creativity and express the theme. Allowed video file formats include, but are not limited to, MP4, ensuring a high-quality audiovisual experience.
2. The video resolution is not less than 1080p to ensure clarity and detail.
3. The accepted frame rate range is more than 30 frames/sec to maintain visual smoothness.
4. Moderate editing and post-production can be carried out to enhance the artistic effect of the creation.
5. The color space of the video should be RGB, and the bitrate should be moderate to ensure smooth online playback.
Creative:
Textual creative proposals starting from the promotion of Pingshan urban area, including but not limited to slogans, original articles, activity plans, creative planning, etc.

Submission method
With "Pingshan Look+ Work Name" as the subject of the email, the submitted content will be packaged and sent to the designated email address: [email protected]
(If the size of the work is large, you can also attach a valid Baidu network disk link to the email for submission)
All submissions must indicate the time and place of shooting, relevant creative instructions, as well as the author's name and contact information, and the text description must be concise and clear.

Awards
(1) Winning Award: 1 piece of photography, 1 piece of multimedia, and 1 piece of creativity in each category, with a bonus of 10,000 yuan per piece;
(2) Excellence Award: 10 pieces of photography and 10 pieces of multimedia in each category, with a bonus of 3,000 yuan per piece; 5 creative categories, with a bonus of 3,000 yuan/piece;
(3) Finalists: 100 pieces for each category of photography, multimedia and creativity, with a bonus of 200 yuan per piece;
(4) All submitted works will be included in the Pingshan Urban District Promotion Resource Library, and have the opportunity to be further implemented in various projects promoted by Pingshan Urban District, becoming an important component of the image of Pingshan Urban District. The selected outstanding works will be released in Pingshan for centralized display to build a display and cooperation platform for outstanding originals.

Other Notes
1. Entries must comply with national laws and regulations, conform to mainstream values, and do not violate public order and good customs.
2. The personal works submitted must be the works completed by the contributor himself/herself. Contributors shall ensure that the submitted works do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including but not limited to copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc. All responsibilities arising from the manuscript or submission behavior shall be borne by the contributor and shall not be related to the organizer.
3. If the electronic files of the selected works cannot meet the relevant requirements, the contributor must cooperate with the organizer to provide the documents and data that meet the requirements within the specified time, otherwise it will be deemed to be automatically disqualified from selection.
4. The submitted works will be included in the Pingshan urban area promotion resource library, which will be used for the publication, publication, exhibition, screening, and information network dissemination for the purpose of urban image promotion and other non-profit activities. By submitting a work, the author agrees to grant the organizer the right to use the submitted work for public welfare, and the organizer and its affiliates have the right to use the submitted work permanently and free of charge, including but not limited to the right to publish, the right to disseminate information network, the right to reproduce, the right to exhibit, the right to adapt, etc.
5. During the call for papers, the works used for publicity and display do not represent the final selection results. All submissions must not be watermarked on the screen, otherwise they will be treated as waivers.
6. Entrants should read the above terms carefully before submitting their works, and by submitting their works, they agree to the submission. The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of this event.
