In March 2024, Xu Moumou failed to pay the rent on time and sold the live pigs many times without authorization after issuing the "Letter of Commitment", and even blacked out the cooperative's WeChat.
On June 6, in the course of hearing the case, the Wutongqiao Court filed an application for property preservation, requesting that the pigs of the pig farm under the name of the applicant Xu XX be sealed, and the preservation amount was limited to 320,000 yuan.

Early in the morning of June 13, the undertaking judge and the executive police drove to the pig farm, the respondent Xu Moumou had a good attitude and voluntarily cooperated with property preservation, and the undertaking judge and the executive police accompanied the applicant to count and confirm the number of "second brothers" in all the pigsty in turn, and organized both parties to verify the number of 377 live pigs, and carried out "live sealing" on the spot in accordance with the law, and informed Xu Moumou that these pigs could not be disposed of without authorization, such as slaughtering, selling, etc., the proceeds should also be deposited in the account designated by the court.
