In order to enhance the public's awareness and ability to prevent illegal fundraising, on June 18, the Yingxian County People's Procuratorate organized a publicity month for the prevention of illegal fundraising with the theme of "Guarding the Money Bag and Protecting the Happy Home", aiming to guide the public to deeply understand the harmfulness of illegal fundraising, enhance the awareness of risk prevention, and jointly maintain the stability of social and financial order.
During the event, the procuratorial officers and police officers went into supermarkets, communities, residential properties and other public places, and popularized the relevant knowledge of illegal fundraising to the masses by hanging publicity banners, distributing publicity materials, and setting up on-site explanation and consultation desks, and explained in detail the concept, characteristics, common methods and harmful consequences of illegal fundraising, and combined with actual cases, revealed the deception and risk of illegal fundraising.
The Yingxian People's Procuratorate also made full use of the media platform to broadcast relevant information and warning cases on the prevention of illegal fundraising on outdoor electronic screens throughout the day, further expanding the coverage of publicity, and attracting a large number of people's attention and participation through online and offline publicity activities, forming a good atmosphere of public opinion.
The campaign to prevent illegal fundraising has achieved remarkable results. A total of more than 380 copies of publicity materials were distributed during the event, and 50 people were consulted by the public. Many people said that through this event, they have a clearer understanding of illegal fundraising and will pay more attention to protecting the safety of their property.
In the next step, the Yingxian County People's Procuratorate will continue to innovate publicity carriers and methods, carry out in-depth publicity work on the prevention of illegal fundraising, continuously improve the public's ability to identify and protect themselves against illegal fundraising, and enhance their awareness of risk prevention.
