On the morning of June 18, the Party Committee of Shanyin Rural Commercial Bank and the Party Group of Shanyin County Energy Bureau jointly held a signing event of the Party Building Alliance and a symposium on the Party Building Alliance. Zhao Yongsheng, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Shanyin County Energy Bureau, and Chai Jun, head of the Working Group of Shanyin Rural Commercial Bank, jointly signed the "Party Building Alliance Agreement" and held the unveiling ceremony of the "Party Building Alliance". The leaders in charge of both sides and some representatives of the party branch secretaries attended the event. At the meeting, the two sides jointly studied the spirit of the fifth meeting of the Central Committee for Comprehensively Deepening Reform.
Zhao Yongsheng, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Energy Bureau of Shanyin County, emphasized that he hoped to take this party building alliance as an opportunity to give full play to the role of complementary advantages and win-win cooperation, and to build a new pattern of party building work and business development integration and promotion of resource sharing, complementary advantages, common promotion and common development of both sides under the guidance of strong party building. Chai Jun, head of the working group, said that first, we should take joint construction as the main line to promote the "double promotion" of party building and business work. Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we will fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, rely on the strong positions of rural commercial banks in urban and rural areas, and work with the Energy Bureau to carry out joint construction, give full play to the role of the party building alliance in political guidance, organizational guarantee, and supervision and implementation in business work, deeply integrate party building work with various tasks, and effectively build a new pattern of party building leading business development with joint construction, resource sharing, service promotion, and multi-party linkage; Second, we should be driven by sharing, accelerate high-quality services and help the development of "double integration". After the meeting, the participants visited the party building position of the Shanyin County Energy Bureau and collectively reviewed the oath of joining the party.
