Preface
In China's thousands of years of history, emperors, as the symbol of the country and the pinnacle of power, have profoundly shaped the fate of the country and the context of culture through their decisions and actions.
The articles in this collection are based on six core indicators: domestic affairs construction, diplomatic achievements, military achievements, cultural construction, personal morality, and influence of future generations, and the merits and demerits of each emperor are analyzed and scored in detail.

Interior construction
The implementation of light taxation, encouragement of farming, reduction of criminal punishments, the implementation of "30 taxes and one tax", and the establishment of "regular liquidation" to stabilize grain prices have effectively promoted social and economic recovery and development. He advocated frugality and reduced court expenditures, setting a model of thrifty governance. However, Emperor Wen did not deal with the issue of land annexation thoroughly enough, which led to the gradual growth of the power of the powerful clan, leaving hidden dangers for future generations.

Diplomatic results
It continued the policy of harmony and proximity since the establishment of the Han Dynasty and maintained peaceful relations with the Xiongnu, which won a relatively stable external environment for the country, which was conducive to the recovery and development of the domestic economy and culture. However, the policy of peace and proximity reflected the compromise with the Xiongnu to a certain extent, and could not fundamentally solve the border troubles in the north.

Although there was no major military expansion, the security of the frontier was enhanced by strengthening the border defense and repairing the Great Wall, laying the foundation for the military operations of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty in later generations. In general, the problem was more conservative militarily, failing to actively respond to the invasion of the Xiongnu, and more defensive than proactive.

3. Military achievements (weight 0.2):
Examine the emperor's military achievements, including territorial expansion, frontier consolidation, military reforms, and major victories. A high score indicates that the emperor was highly effective in his military achievements.
4. Cultural construction (weight 0.2):
Evaluate the emperor's contributions and support to culture, art, education, science, religion, and thought. A high score indicates that the emperor promoted the prosperity of cultural development and left a rich cultural heritage for future generations.
5. Personal morality (weight 0.05):
Consider the emperor's personal virtues, such as filial piety, benevolence, diligence, incorruptibility, and other virtues. Although this item does not account for a large proportion of the overall score, it reflects the charisma and moral exemplary role of the leader.
6. Influence of future generations (weight 0.25):
Evaluate the long-term impact of the emperor's decisions and actions on future generations, including the continuity of the political system, cultural inheritance, historical status, etc. The high score means that the reign of this emperor was not only valid at the time, but also laid the foundation for later social development, which is of historical significance.
