On the morning of June 24, Zilu Town, Luoshan County, organized the Emergency Office, Fire and Rescue Team, Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade, Health Center and other departments to carry out the "Citywide Safety Day" flood control emergency evacuation drill in Wenjin Park.
The drill closely combined with the relevant plans for flood control and emergency evacuation on the "city-wide safety day" in Zilu Town, and set up a drill command group, a disaster early warning group, a medical treatment group, an emergency rescue team, a vigilance and protection group, and a publicity and reporting group for the key links of flood control work. After the on-site staff inspection, the drill command team announced the official start of the "city-wide safety day" flood control emergency evacuation drill.
The drill simulated that the town was affected by a typhoon, causing flooding in the waters of Wenjin Park, and nearby villagers needed to be evacuated urgently. After learning of the flood situation, the town's flood control headquarters immediately activated the flood control emergency plan and personnel assembly instructions in Zilu Town, and all participating units moved and quickly assembled after hearing the order, and together with the cadres of nearby villages (groups), the trapped people were transferred to the designated safety refuge points, and the people who fell into the water and the embankment were rescued and reinforced.
By carrying out this flood control emergency evacuation drill, the feasibility and operability of the flood control emergency plan in Zilu Town were further tested, and the ability of the flood control headquarters to deal with flood control emergencies such as emergency response, command and coordination, on-site disposal and material support was improved, and the combat ability of the flood control and rescue emergency team in Zilu Town was also exercised, which provided valuable practical experience for the follow-up response to flood season dangers.
