After the relocation of the core archives and special treasures was completed in mid-June, the external service window of the Xuhui District Archives will be officially relocated to the new museum on July 1, 2024, when the window at No. 268 Pubei Road will be closed to the public. According to the relevant person in charge, the new archive is located at No. 2431 Xietu Road, and the new external service window is located on the first floor of the new museum.
The reception time and service content of the new service window are the same as the original service window, and citizens who need to check the file can go to the window from 8:30 to 16:30 on weekdays from Monday to Friday, and from 8:30 to 11:30 on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays. The time for open government information reception is 8:30-11:00 and 13:30-16:30 from Monday to Friday on weekdays.
It is reported that after the relocation of the new site, a self-service file checking machine has been added to the external service window to further improve the file checking service speed. With the official use of the new window, the newly developed file checking system will also be launched together, bringing a better service experience to the public.
