On June 24, Hulunbuir Agricultural Reclamation Materials Petroleum Group Danong Petroleum Materials Co., Ltd., together with the Oroqen Autonomous Banner Emergency Management Bureau, the Commerce Bureau, the Meteorological Bureau, the Dayangshu Town Government, the Dayangshu Fire Squadron, the PetroChina Oroqen Autonomous Banner Branch, the Fifth People's Hospital of Hulunbuir City, and the Daxinganling Agricultural Reclamation Group and other units, organized and carried out the "Safety Production Month" production accident emergency rescue drill in the oil depot of the oil company.
The drill simulated an oil leakage accident caused by aging and damage to the valve flange gasket of the gasoline storage tank in the oil depot, which in turn caused a fire. In the face of emergencies, the staff of the oil depot quickly activated the "Emergency Rescue Plan for Production Safety Accidents" and made every effort to save themselves. In the case that self-rescue could not fully control the fire, the management of the oil depot immediately requested professional rescue forces to rescue. After the rapid linkage of firefighting, emergency management and other departments, coordinated rescue, each department gave full play to their respective functions, providing a strong guarantee for fire fighting and rescue, and after intense and orderly rescue, the fire was finally controlled and the accident was resolved.
This drill effectively tested the emergency mechanism of "linkage between enterprises and enterprises, enterprises and local governments" of Danong Petroleum Materials Company, strengthened the ability of the company's employees to deal with emergencies, and further improved the fire safety awareness of employees.
Danong Petroleum Materials Co., Ltd. will take this drill as an opportunity to further implement the responsibility of safe production, strengthen major risk control measures, consolidate the foundation of safe production, prevent the occurrence of safety production accidents, and resolutely defend the bottom line of safe production.
