Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, great historic achievements have been made in comprehensively deepening reform. Looking back on the reform work over the past few years, we have put forward a series of innovative theories, adopted a series of major measures, and made a series of major breakthroughs, all of which are revolutionary and have opened up a new situation in which the cause of the party and the state has been promoted to achieve historic achievements and historic changes through reform and opening up.
