Regardless of whether this kind of news is true or not, what is certain now is that the "Roosevelt" is going to take over the "Eisenhower" shift, so that in a short period of time, there will be no US Navy aircraft carriers deployed in the western Pacific, and the Pentagon will certainly not allow a vacuum of deterrent forces in this area, so a few days ago, several B-2 stealth strategic bombers originally stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base on the US mainland flew to Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.
