At present, the construction of the No. 1 main teaching building is progressing steadily as planned. Among them, the construction of five teaching units has entered a critical stage, and the topping out work is expected to be completed by the end of August. At the same time, the pouring work of the first floor has also been more than half, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent decoration work. The basement structure and two floors above ground of Building 2 are also under intense construction, and it is expected that the main body of the entire building will be topped out by the end of July. In addition, as a one-story single building, the foundation waterproofing construction of the gymnasium has been completed, and the basement structure is being constructed, and the main body is expected to be capped in mid-July.
According to reports, the total construction area of Hongguang Gangtai Primary School project is about 29,420 square meters, mainly including comprehensive teaching buildings, academic lecture halls, canteens, gymnasiums and other supporting buildings, and plans to set up 36 classes, which is expected to provide 1,620 places, which will effectively alleviate the school pressure of school-age children in Hongguang area. It is worth mentioning that the school adopts the advanced three-dimensional Mobius vitality ring design concept, with the main teaching building as the center, and cleverly integrates sports space, rest area, social space, basic courses and special courses and other learning and living places to create a dynamic and creative learning environment for students.

What we are doing now is the 10th floor roof and 11th floor bottom slab, which is mainly a secondary structure, followed by masonry construction, ready to be renovated in advance.
The basement bricks have been 95% completed, and the masonry structure of the first floor, the second and third floors above plus or minus zero is almost 37% complete.
According to reports, the expansion project of Pidu District People's Hospital will break the original practice of interior decoration after the completion of civil construction, accelerate the pace of project construction, and will have delivery conditions in advance.

We plan to accept the secondary structure below the 10th floor of the main body in sections after the completion of the acceptance, which is equivalent to the basement to the 10th floor to do the main acceptance, the 10th to the 23rd floor to do the main acceptance, and the main body will enter the decoration stage after the main acceptance.
As a tertiary general hospital, the total construction area of Pidu District People's Hospital will reach 79,000 square meters, with three basements, 1 to 5 floors for medical technology buildings, and 6 to 23 floors for inpatient buildings. The project is expected to be delivered in 2025, and the People's Hospital of Pidu District will also make good use of the new reconstruction and expansion project to open a number of advanced departments to better escort the health of the people in the district.
