On June 25, the Standing Committee of the 16th People's Congress of Ding'an County held its 21st meeting. Chen Mingyong, director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, and Peng Yuanju, Li Qingrong, Li Heng, and Li Dechun, deputy directors of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, attended the meeting.
There are 27 members of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress who should be present at this meeting, and 21 people actually attended, which met the quorum. Chen Mingyong and Peng Yuanju presided over the first and second plenary meetings respectively.
The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the relevant documents and meetings of the Central Leading Group for Party Building Work and the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial People's Congress.
The meeting announced the results of the satisfaction evaluation of the rectification of problems found in the implementation of the county-level budget and other financial revenue and expenditure audits in 2022, and reviewed and adopted the "Deliberation Opinions on the Report on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products in Our County" and "About Our County in 2023 Deliberation Opinions on the Annual Report on the Status of the Ecological Environment and the Completion of Environmental Protection Goals", "Deliberation Opinions on the Rectification of Problems Discovered in the Implementation of the County-level Budget and Other Financial Revenue and Expenditure Audits in 2022", "Review Report on the Implementation of the Departmental Budget of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Ding'an County in 2023", "Deliberation Opinions on the Mid-term Implementation Report of the Eighth Five-Year Plan for Legal Publicity and Education in Our County", "<中华人民共和国安全生产法>About Inspection<海南经济特区安全生产条例>Deliberations on the implementation report. The meeting voted and adopted the "Decision on Renaming the Financial and Economic Work Committee as the Financial and Budget Work Committee, the Rural Agriculture Work Committee as the Rural Work Committee, the Education, Science, Culture, and Health Work Committee as the Education, Science, Culture, and Health Work Committee, and the Election, Appointment, and Removal Liaison Office as the Deputies Work Committee" and the "Decision on Accepting Wei Yingjie's Request to Resign as a Member of the Standing Committee of the 16th Ding'an County People's Congress" Decision on Accepting the Request of Wu Shukun and Others to Resign as Deputies to the 16th People's Congress of Ding'an County.
The meeting also voted to approve the relevant personnel appointment and dismissal bill, Chen Mingyong issued appointment certificates to the appointees, the new appointees solemnly swore to the Constitution, and Chen Mingyong supervised the oath.
