Currently, AI tokens are showing excellent purchase opportunities in the market. I am confident that these tokens will perform well in the upcoming utility bull market and become market leaders.
In order to help you better understand and choose the right investment target, we divide AI tokens into three categories:
- Safe Play: Expected return of 10x to 20x.

Since the start of this bull run, artificial intelligence has been the hottest and most lucrative niche, in addition to meme coins.
The launch of OpenAI and the ouster of Sam Altman have sparked two major waves of artificial intelligence, leading to a massive rollout of artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency, as well as a large number of scams.
In the first and second waves of AI, numerous projects have delivered exponential returns for early investors at the expense of latecomers.
Each wave has different sub-catalysts, narratives, and modes that drive the development of AI.
In the first stage, there was a negative view of this niche as short-term hype. Most people fade into oblivion until they are exposed to projects like $TAO, $RNDR also $AKT, which are actually adding value and have real use cases that can drive cryptocurrency × AI. At this stage, GPU-n computing-related projects like $RNDR and $AKT, as well as AI layer 1 chains like $FET and $ORAI, have received a lot of hype.
Some of these projects are perpetually listed on Binance, which further fueled the AI craze and led to a large number of liquidations, helping the AI hype to continue. When the first wave of AI ended, with most projects crashing 85%-90%, some CT cults claimed that they predicted that AI was just a short-term illusory product and boasted that they were right. Most people have sold their AI stocks, but there are still a few who have not lost their faith.
The second wave of artificial intelligence, which began with the ouster of Sam Altman, has attracted real attention from mainstream individuals and venture capitalists. At this stage, many new AI projects appeared, including tax tokens, leading to many scams.
During this phase, projects such as $PAAL, $ENQAI, $AGC, and $NMT were launched, providing exponential returns to individuals who followed and conducted research. One benefit of this phase is that it is not dominated by venture capital firms, but by on-chain retail investors.
I think we're at the end of the second wave, where most AI projects have collapsed 80%-90% from their infancy. This is the best buying period before entering the third wave of artificial intelligence. I divide it into three categories: based on fund, team, and risk-reward ratio.

- $DEAI team continues to grow and forge new partnerships. They recently made significant changes to the token vesting schedule to prevent the new token supply from reaching market levels by 2025-2026. I believe that $DEAI, in the next wave of AI, may break through the $2 mark.

- $FLT is one of the most underrated AI + DEPIN projects out there. It has a lot of potential to have the same performance as $AKT and $RNDR. Despite the fact that the team has done very little marketing, it has managed to build a decent community and the team is very active in product development.

- $TAO is the leader of the Crypto × AI narrative, IMHO it's the safest bet in AI, it's also recently listed on Binance and other top exchanges, which could inject more liquidity and push up its price in the next wave of AI, and I think $RNDR and $TAO will still be the top two leading AI projects.
Gentle game strategy

- I think it's going to be tough when the AI season returns, and still not many people talk about this, @balajis he's been promoting the project since last year, when there were no tokens. Recently, he also indirectly tweeted about it. I believe we are still premature, $SHOG still have a long way to go.
Artificial intelligence is the next major technological revolution, and I believe that cryptocurrency × artificial intelligence will play an important role in this. Although cryptocurrencies operate in cycles, people buy, sell, and make a profit during cycles.
Due to lack of funding and interest, most projects suffer losses in a bear market, most projects will slowly die out after this bull market, and only a very few projects will survive, so don't shy away and don't hold on forever.
