The personnel of each duty point take turns to inspect the river section under their jurisdiction in different time periods, check the river situation, and carefully check every place where there may be problems. "My side is Evergrande Cinema, Mapoling Street, Furong District, there is a gas leak in the gas pipeline nearby, please stop the gas in time." On June 24, Xinlong Community, Mapoling Street, urgently contacted Changsha Xinao Gas Company for disposal. Due to continuous heavy rainfall, the wall of the post and telecommunications dormitory next to Evergrande Cinema collapsed, and the surrounding rainwater poured into the underground garage of Evergrande Cinema, causing water accumulation in the garage. In order to drain the stagnant water as soon as possible, the property company arranged a rescue excavator to excavate the drainage channel, but during the excavation process, the underground gas pipe ruptured, resulting in gas leakage.
Xinlong community staff and party members and volunteers took immediate action, contacted the property company to notify the owner to move the car, connected with relevant departments for emergency repairs, and quickly piled up flood control belts at the entrance of the underground garage, and the problems of water accumulation and gas leakage in the basement were controlled. On June 25, the ruptured gas pipe was repaired and the gas supply was restored, and the water in the underground garage was basically discharged.
