Xinglong Community has always adhered to the tenet of caring for the disadvantaged and people-oriented, and always pays attention to the disadvantaged groups. Recently, Xinglong Community, together with Huashan Street Social Worker Station and volunteers, came to the home of Li Yinqiu, a low-income household, to make dumplings for him. Li Yinqiu and his wife are elderly and low-income people, his wife has been bedridden for a long time due to cerebral infarction, Li Yinqiu has visual disability and cannot take care of his wife, and Xinglong community dumplings send him warmth and care.
Everyone worked together to prepare the ingredients, under the guidance of the community secretary, the division of labor and cooperation, some noodles, some chopping vegetables, some chopping meat filling, some rolling skin, immersed in the joy of making dumplings, after a while, in everyone's concerted efforts, about 400 dumplings containing love were displayed in front of everyone's eyes. When the community members delivered the steaming dumplings to Li Yinqiu and his wife, they were very grateful, and at the same time encouraged them to maintain a positive and optimistic attitude towards life, and to contact the community in time when they were in difficulty.
Through the joint efforts and selfless dedication of the community and the social work station, the low-income households have spent a warm and happy time, and at the same time, it has also demonstrated the humanistic care of the community, further enhanced the relationship between the community and residents, and created a harmonious and friendly community atmosphere.
