Notices of strictly managed road sections
In order to further strengthen the management of road traffic order and ensure the safety, orderliness and smoothness of road traffic, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, combined with the current situation of road traffic in our city, the Traffic Police Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau has delineated the section of strict management of illegal parking behavior (hereinafter referred to as "strict pipeline"), and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. There are a total of 1,921 strict pipelines demarcated in the city, including 1,204 road sections that are strictly managed during the whole period and 717 road sections that are strictly managed in different time periods.
2. The road sections under strict management during the whole period include 399 road sections with heavy traffic and 805 road sections with ordinary strict management. The traffic police department strictly manages the above-mentioned road sections, and strictly enforces the law for illegal parking in the road sections at all times.
3. The strict management period of the road section is from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. every day. During the period of strict management, the traffic police department shall strictly manage the above-mentioned road sections in accordance with the ordinary strict pipelines, and strictly enforce the law on illegal parking behaviors in the road sections; During the non-strict management period, the management shall be carried out in accordance with the non-strict pipeline.
Fourth, the scope of the strict pipeline includes the section of motorized lanes, non-motorized lanes, sidewalks, special lanes and auxiliary roads.
5. Illegal parking of vehicles or temporary parking during the strict management period of the full-time strict management of the road section or the strict management of the road section in the sub-time period, the traffic police department shall be punished while reminding and correcting.
The notice is valid from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024. In the event of any inconsistency between the previously issued notice and this notice, this notice shall prevail.
