Li Ling has been engaged in medical reform for a long time, is a senior expert in the new round of deepening medical reform, is the leader of national medical reform policy research and the promoter of the introduction of major medical reform policies, and has long tracked, researched and guided the practice and path innovation of medical reform across the country, with profound theoretical foundation and rich practical experience.
In terms of special counseling, Li Ling systematically summarized what medical reform has changed, profoundly expounded why medical reform is promoted, and sorted out and analyzed the task path and method of deepening medical reform in the next step.
