So far, Huangpu Wenchong has delivered 14 ships of seafood, exceeding the "double more than half" goal of ship and sea delivery ahead of schedule. Among them, "EVER VAST" was delivered 4 months ahead of the contract period, and "National Energy 821" was delivered 15 months ahead of the contract period.

"EVER VAST" is one of the products built by Whampoa Wenchong for shipowners in batches, and it will embark on a new journey on the day of delivery. During the construction of the ship, the project team was guided by lean management, fully absorbed the experience of the previous ship, and refined the comprehensive operation plan to the daily plan, so as to achieve a balanced, orderly and rhythmic construction of products.
At the same time, through the use of tools such as "Daye Circle", PDCA, ECRS and other tools, we have continuously improved various process problems and minimized the adverse effects of ultra-long-duration rainfall on ship construction in South China. "National Energy 821" is the first ship of the "Sea Whale" 85000DWT bulk carrier built by Huangpu Wenchong for Guoneng Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd., which refreshed the trial record, wharf stage and short-term delivery and certification record of the company's first ship, and was delivered more than one year ahead of schedule, deducing the high-quality and efficient construction level of Huangpu Wenchong.
This type of ship belongs to the independent research and development of Huangpu Wenchong, and has been built in batches. Combined with the design and production experience of the same type of ship, the design team completed all the detailed design in only 8 months, during which the design team combined with the site, through outfitting structure, unit modularization, and continuously improving the utilization rate of steel plate and CNC opening rate and other modeling indicators, set a new design benchmark for the company.

With the "blessing" of high-quality design, the production team has continuously improved based on experience, and applied advanced shipbuilding technologies such as intelligent welding robots, digital docks, and analog loads to production, so as to complete the sectional inspection and sand room painting one month earlier than planned, which has created good conditions for the integrity rate and reserve of the total section before docking. After the ship was docked, all parties worked together and carefully planned, and the shipbuilding and marine division steadily promoted the integrity of the cargo hold with the annular section and the engine room as the core, and achieved undocking half a month earlier than planned, and was recognized by the shipowner for its excellent construction quality.
