Although the House of Representatives of the U.S. Congress and the Biden administration of the United States have differences in many policies, they have a long-term unanimous position on the issue of the "Taiwan card." Therefore, when the Biden administration actively promoted the hollowing out of the "one-China policy," the U.S. Congress also provided cooperation, so the bill to allocate at least $2.5 billion for military aid to Taiwan was passed.
It is not difficult to see from the bill passed by the House of Representatives of the US Congress that the United States is using the "Taiwan card" to exploit Taiwan, because the so-called military aid is actually arming Taiwan by lending money to Taiwan, and Taiwan also needs to pay interest to the United States while purchasing weapons. In fact, in the 2024 "Foreign Military Assistance Appropriation Act" of the United States, there is already a clause on military aid to Taiwan, and the appropriation provided by the US Congress for the US State Department once again strongly supports Taiwan, highlighting the US Congress's hostile stance against China.

Obviously, the measures taken by the Biden administration in the United States have also greatly stimulated the US congressmen, because the US congressmen and the US arms dealers have direct interests collusion, so the US Congress is vigorously pushing for military aid to Taiwan, which will obviously bring actual benefits to the US congressmen. When the United States is actively suppressing China, the Biden administration and the U.S. Congress are all working hard to deal with China, so there is a situation of frequent military aid, and it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the U.S. scheme. The United States is not only aggressive on the Taiwan Strait issue, but also instigating the Philippines to provoke disputes in the South China Sea, and is also trying to win over Vietnam to further contain China's development, highlighting the hostile position of the United States towards China.
