On June 29, Hubei issued an orange warning for heavy rain, and from 7 o'clock on the 28th to 7 o'clock on the 29th, the maximum cumulative rainfall in Wuhan exceeded 224 mm. Affected by the continuous heavy rainfall, 611 reservoirs in Hubei have exceeded the warning water level, and various localities are stepping up inspections and risk elimination. On the 29th, the Hunan Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued the first red warning for heavy rain, and heavy rain will occur in some areas of Changsha, Yueyang, and Xiangxi Prefecture, with localized heavy rainfall. Since the 28th, a new round of heavy rainfall has affected the eastern and southeastern regions of Guizhou, and there are people trapped in Huangping, Zhenyuan and other places in Qiandongnan Prefecture.
