Leng Fusheng, Ph.D. in Basic Mathematics, received his Ph.D. from the School of Mathematics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008 and stayed at the institute. His main research interests are red blood cell structure and function, blood preservation and blood replacement. During his work, he has undertaken sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program as the project leader, and has also participated in many scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National High-tech Research and Development Program (863 Program), and the Sichuan Science and Technology Support Program, and published more than 20 papers such as SCI papers and Chinese core journals.
At present, Li Yaojin has started to build a modern and high-end laboratory in Xiangshan Middle School. After the start of the semester, he will not only lead the construction of the university's physical and chemical biology laboratory, high-end experimental design, and teach students biological knowledge, but also lead students to learn how to engage in scientific research.
Wu Cheng is a high-achieving student studying at the University of Science and Technology of China from undergraduate to doctorate, and has a doctorate in chemistry. He has joined the research group of Academician Chen Xuesi, and published two academic papers as the first author in SCI journals during his studies. His main research interests are the synthesis of multifunctional polyamino acids, the design and synthesis of amino acid-like imine ligands, the novel polymerization of cyclic ether monomers, and the study of related mechanisms. He has also participated in the synthesis of sequence-controllable degradable polymers (National Natural Science Foundation of China), the preparation of chemotherapy drug/anticancer protein co-delivery vectors and their application in tumor treatment (National Natural Science Foundation of China), and the preparation of doxorubicin/ribonucleic acid A co-delivery vectors and their synergistic anti-tumor research.
