Candidates with Rudong household registration who participated in the 2024 National Unified Enrollment Examination for Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and were admitted to 10 key normal colleges (excluding independent colleges) such as Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Central China Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Hunan Normal University, South China Normal University, Southwest University, Shaanxi Normal University, Nanjing Normal University, and Suzhou University, as well as related majors of other former "985" comprehensive universities (excluding independent colleges).

Cultivation indicators
In 2024, 18 students will be trained, including 3 in Chinese, 3 in mathematics, 1 in English, 2 in physics, 2 in chemistry, 2 in biology, 2 in politics, 2 in history, and 1 in geography.
Relevant candidates should register in Room 407 of the Personnel and Teachers Section of the County Education and Sports Bureau before August 20 with the original and photocopy of the admission notice and ID card of the institution. After the county confirms, the cultivation agreement will be signed. Relevant departments strengthen the tracking and management of training objects to promote professional growth.

Entry Requirements and Pathways
(1) Entry requirements. Upon graduation, the trainees shall obtain a bachelor's degree certificate (a master's degree certificate for students enrolled in a bachelor's and master's degree), a degree certificate and a teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding discipline and other relevant certificates (no record of violations of laws and disciplines when studying in colleges and universities, and be in good health).
(2) Entry pathways. Reserve sufficient establishments, and the county education and sports bureau and the county human resources and social security bureau will go to relevant colleges and universities to select and hire in accordance with the school examination method. The selection of positions is determined according to the number of disciplines in the training plan. Those who pass the examination will sign an employment contract with a service period of not less than 5 years with the relevant schools of the county management high school, technical secondary school and junior high school after passing the physical examination and inspection. The county education and sports bureau shall handle the entry procedures in conjunction with the county human resources and social security and the establishment department to determine the personnel to be hired.

Post-employment incentives
(1) The hired young talents will be able to teach on the job, and after passing the probationary assessment, they will enjoy a subsidy of 48,000 yuan for undergraduate study and living in colleges and universities (12,000 yuan per year for annual assessment). Funds are guaranteed by the county-level treasury.
(2) The hired young talents will be arranged to teach in schools in the county and urban areas. During the teaching period in our county, 10,000 yuan per year for undergraduates, 18,000 yuan per year for master's students, and 24,000 yuan per year for doctoral students who have passed the assessment during the five-year service period. If I go to teach in rural schools in our county, the incentive standard will be increased to 15,000, 25,000, and 30,000 yuan. For every 1 year of young talents working in our county, 50% of the subsidy standard will be cashed out year by year, and the rest of the amount will be deposited into the teacher's personal education special account, and the service period will be cashed out to me at one time. If the employment contract is terminated due to unqualified assessment during the probationary period, or the employment contract is terminated due to the employee's own reasons before the service period expires, the rest will not be paid.
(3) The county education and sports bureau will be hired young talents into the reserve cadre pool, listed as a key training object.
(4) If the hired young talents purchase commercial housing (only the first set) in our county, the corresponding housing purchase subsidy will be issued. The subsidy standard is 100,000 yuan for undergraduates, 120,000 yuan for master's students, and 180,000 yuan for doctoral students. The house purchase subsidy will be paid 50% of the total amount of the subsidy in the first phase with the deed tax invoice and real estate ownership certificate after the purchase of the house, and the remaining part will be issued after the expiration of the service period (if you are still teaching in Rudong and buying the first commercial house after the expiration of the service period, the house purchase subsidy will be issued in one lump sum).
