The "Greater Hongqiao - Cross-border Exchange and Cooperation Platform for Chinese and European Enterprises" is an important platform to show the further deepening of the linkage between Changning and European enterprises. As the platform's new "international business partners", Bank of China London Branch, Informa Markets and Arcadis will leverage the resources of all parties to jointly deepen the "Headquarters Empowerment Action", expand overseas exhibition investment, enhance economic and trade exchanges and project cooperation, and help Chinese enterprises to go overseas.
During the event, Wu Lin, Executive Director of Bank of China London Branch and Secretary-General of the China Chamber of Commerce in the UK, delivered a speech on behalf of "Chinese Enterprises in the UK". She introduced that the China Chamber of Commerce in the UK has been established for 23 years and has been committed to promoting economic and trade cooperation between China and the UK for many years, and currently has more than 300 corporate members. Today, a number of Changning enterprises have carried out in-depth cooperation with the UK in many fields, and the results have been remarkable. In recent years, Changning has actively laid out new tracks such as industrial Internet and digital healthcare, which is in line with the strategic direction of British industrial development, and the two sides have huge space for cooperation. The Chamber of Commerce will give full play to the advantages of globalization to help Changning carry out publicity and promotion and attract investment in the UK.
As a representative of the "Greater Hongqiao - International Business Partner, a platform for cross-border exchange and cooperation between Chinese and European enterprises", Andrew Galloway, director of the European and American sector of Informa Markets Group, said that Informa Markets' business in Shanghai is currently the group's fastest-growing investment portfolio, and will use its superior resources in the international exhibition industry to introduce more international suppliers to Shanghai, help more international enterprises develop in Shanghai, and help Chinese enterprises go global.
