In June 2012, the first phase of the Zuli River River treatment project was officially launched, which opened the prelude to the rebirth of the Zuli River in the history of Huining County. By the end of 2023, 28.7 kilometers of the Zuli River have been comprehensively treated, with a total investment of 1.165 billion yuan, of which 8.9 kilometers of the urban section are being treated, and 45.48 kilometers of the river are being treated.
