Tripadvisor, the world's largest travel guide website, announced the 2024 Traveler's Choice Awards, revealing the top 10 top-rated attractions, with the Empire State Building in New York City winning the first place, the Eiffel Tower in Paris taking second place, and the third place being the Anne Frank House, a historic attraction in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where the Jewish girl Anne Frank and her family hid during World War II.

According to Tripadvisor's website, the award is based on quality reviews and ratings posted by travelers around the world on the website to show the most popular tourist attractions for a total of 12 months from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024.
Completed in 1931, the 102-story Empire State Building in New York won the 2024 Top Tourist Attraction with an average of 4.5 out of 5 stars from around 100,000 reviews. According to the official website, less than 1% of the site's 8 million attractions have reached this milestone.
The Empire State Building is 380 meters tall and has been the setting for many Hollywood movies. The observation deck has received more than 60,000 five-star reviews, and reviewers say that a visit to the building is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and one of the best things to do in New York City. The Empire State Building has also been named the number one attraction in the United States for the third year in a row.
