According to the "Notice", the State Administration of Radio and Television organized an expert review and determined that 18 radio programs such as "Symphony of Steel" by China Central Radio and Television, "Poetry of Great Men and Striving Forward" by Beijing Radio and Television, "Heilongjiang in Singing" by Heilongjiang Radio and Television, and 43 TV programs such as "China in Intangible Cultural Heritage" by China Central Radio and Television, "The Journey of Thought" by Shanghai Radio and Television, and "I Study on the Island (Season 2)" by Jiangsu Radio and Television are " 2023 Radio and Television Innovation and Excellence Program".

Radio and television broadcasting institutions at all levels should conscientiously study and learn from the good practices and experiences of these programs, focus on the main theme, keep pace with the times, bring forth the new, strengthen the creation and production of high-quality radio and television programs, continuously enrich and optimize the supply of content, vividly carry forward the core socialist values, actively inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture, show the new atmosphere of the new era, enhance the strength of the people, and inspire the national spirit.
The support funds shall be allocated by the State Administration of Radio and Television to the provincial (autonomous region, municipal) radio and television bureaus and China Central Radio and Television Station, and the provincial bureaus shall be responsible for distributing the support funds to the award-winning units.
