"We have organized 12 volunteers in Nan'an Village to inspect the safety hazards of the 1.6-kilometer river embankment within the jurisdiction of our Nan'an Village 24 hours a day, persuade anglers, and observe water level changes, so as to fully protect the property and life safety of the people."
