It is understood that the southern Xinzhen District of Zhangyan Town is located in the Third High School Affiliated to East China Normal University, Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University and the film academy under construction, and the flow of people is increasing day by day with the development of the surrounding area. In order to further strengthen the convenience facilities, improve the level of urban services, and meet the needs of citizens, Zhangyan Town has built a new public toilet opposite the north gate of the Third Affiliated Middle School of East China Normal University. However, because the construction of the public toilet is in the final stage of the project, although the main structure and facilities of the public toilet have been completed, the supporting construction of the power project is still in the process of progressing, and the opening conditions have not yet been reached.
