It is understood that in the face of the current global problems in the bridge field, such as the fatigue durability of orthotropic steel bridge decks and the anti-corrosion of the main cable of suspension bridges in the sea, the construction team of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Channel innovatively proposed the detailed structure and welding technology of U-rib full penetration, which greatly improved the fatigue resistance of the steel bridge deck; Focusing on the key core technology that restricts the durability of the main cable of the suspension bridge, the team has developed a 6mm-2060 megapascal zinc-aluminum multi-alloy coated steel wire strand for the first time in the world, and its corrosion resistance is twice that of the previous hot-dip galvanized aluminum alloy steel wire.
