Recently, the network news agency learned from official channels that Volkswagen ID.UNYX and Zhong will be launched in mid-July, as Volkswagen (Anhui)'s first pure electric SUV model, the new car is based on the MEB platform, positioning coupe SUV.
Volkswagen ID.UNYX is similar to the Cupra Tavascan in terms of design, and the overall shape is more fierce and sporty. At the front, the new car adopts through-type LED daytime running lights, and the sharp headlight cluster and the bulging rib line on the cabin cover show a downward swooping attitude. In addition, the grille shape under the new car is blackened, and the air vents on the left and right sides are designed to make the overall shape very aggressive. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4663/1860/1610mm, and the wheelbase is 2766mm.
From the side, the side of the new car adopts a fastback shape as a whole, and the raised waistline design is very tough. In addition, the new car has semi-concealed door handles. It is finished in gloss black around the windows, mirrors and side skirts. At the rear of the car, the new car also adopts the current popular through-type taillight cluster design, and the slender light strip with the illuminated Volkswagen logo is very recognizable after being lit. The rear bumper also adopts a large area of gloss black treatment, and the large diffuser below is matched with the gloss black rear wing above the light cluster, which is full of sportiness.
In terms of power, the Volkswagen ID.UNYX and Volkswagen are built on the MEB platform, and the new car will be equipped with dual front and rear motors, with the maximum power of the front and rear motors being 80 kW and 170 kW respectively. In terms of battery, the new car is mated to a ternary lithium battery pack produced by CATL, with a range of 621 km and 565 km in CLTC mode, respectively.
