Basic old-age care institutions (beds) refer to institutions or beds that are built or provided by the government and mainly provide full-day centralized accommodation and care services for the elderly with disabilities, cognitive impairment and other special difficulties, and meet the needs of the elderly for basic old-age services.
Elderly people with household registration in the city who meet one of the following conditions can apply for admission to basic nursing institutions (beds):

Elderly people who have reached level 3 or above through the city's unified needs assessment for elderly care;
2
Elderly people who have been diagnosed with a certain degree of cognitive impairment through special assessment of cognitive impairment care or comprehensive medical institutions or psychiatric outpatient clinics;
3
The city's extremely poor persons, key preferential care recipients, family planning special family members and other elderly people who meet the relevant policies of the city and district.
