Sometimes I think like this, in October 1979, I joined the army, recruited the company, the next company, physical training, diving technology training and a series of "affairs", and slowly became a qualified diver to become a business backbone trusted by the leader, and I also had to practice martial arts and learn from each other...... How can the unstoppable "homework" time and trivial affairs in the past six years still allow me to keep the original intention of "loving painting"?

Why is it that such tedious and transactional work has not polished my edges and corners, and "lost" for everyone?

In retrospect, this is not due to human perseverance, but to the product of the environment, and it is no exception to what kind of vegetation grows in what kind of area, and what kind of environment creates what kind of people.

There are three waves of people who have met me again and again in my six-year career as a horseman, and they have continued to ignite the "fire" of art in my young heart, and injected great love, so that I dare not slack off, so that I will not give up halfway, change course, and abandon my studies...... Heaven has the virtue of a good life!

In the first wave, Liu Youguo, an officer of the Political Department of the South China Sea Fleet, opened the "South China Sea Fleet Grassroots Art Training Course" in 1980, which should have been studied for three months, and I only studied for more than a month before following the troops.

On the morning of April 5th, I listened to Brother Sun's guidance and persuasion in Dean Sun Yi's Guangzhou studio.

Sun Ge was born in Harbin in 1953. National first-class artist; Member of Chinese Artists Association; Director of China Great Wall Painting and Calligraphy Institute; Director of Guangdong Artists Association; Librarian of the Guangdong Provincial Government Research Institute of Culture and History; Vice Chairman of Guangzhou Artists Association, Director of Chinese Painting Art Committee; Librarian of Guangzhou Municipal Government Research Institute of Culture and History; Member of Guangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Art Consultant of Guangzhou Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese; Member of the CPPCC Haizhu District, Guangzhou; Vice President of Guangzhou Painting Academy.

The second wave is a military artist Sun Ge's eldest brother.

Probably in 1981, I was on vacation at the Shiliugang Naval Sanatorium in Guangzhou, and I was taken home by Nurse Gao, and I saw his husband Sun Ge who came back from the Shenyang Military Region to visit relatives. It was the second or third year of being a soldier, and the high-intensity diving work and the transfer to the South China Sea Islands had already made my dream of painting alive and dead...... 24 years later (2005), the first exhibition of the 20-year retrospective exhibition of Chinese silkscreen prints was held at the Art Museum of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, I was one of the 18 participating painters. You are a great painter now...... "At first glance, it turned out to be Brother Sun Ge!" At this time, he was already the vice president of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, but unfortunately he couldn't talk freely because of the tight agenda of the conference.

The third is Mr. Lin Xiaowei, who I went to the Chikan Workers' Cultural Palace in Zhanjiang City in 1983 to consult. In retrospect, I went with my sketches, and it was in 1981 that I met Sun Ge that I continued to sketch. This was the only way to continue painting in my work at that time, a sketchbook, a pen, and I drew wherever I went, and the only flaw was that there was no one to communicate with when I painted.

According to the development logic of the art ecology itself, under the condition of a certain degree of personal talent and quality, the external force resonates with the internal factors in the moisturizing things silently, and it is inevitable to move towards the discovery of art forms and the conscious self-discipline of life.

The three of them are messengers of love sent by heaven!

Zheng Zhong, born in Hai'an, Jiangsu Province in 1962, was a diver of the South China Sea Fleet of the Navy in 1979~1985, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Nantong University in 1988, graduated from the graduate class of the Printmaking Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1999, taught in the Printmaking Department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts from 2000 to 2004, and was grandly promoted as an "Art Master" in the "Art Observation" of the Chinese Academy of Arts in 1997. In 1998, Beijing Literature and Art Publishing House published Wu Guanzhong's autobiography "The Landscape of Life", which selected Zheng Zhong's works as the cover, and in 2002, he was approved by the Nantong Municipal Archives Bureau as the 144th historical and cultural celebrity in the history of Nantong.

He is currently a director of the Chinese Culture and Art Association, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Japan International Academy of Arts, a researcher of the Hong Kong Academy of Fine Arts, a director of the Marine School of Painting Branch of the China Pacific Society, the vice president of the Chinese Painting Institute of the Beijing Zhongtou Cultural Institute, a researcher of the China Economic and Cultural Research Institute, and the vice president of the Beijing Guoyixuan Painting and Calligraphy Institute.
