A few days ago, the Nanhai District Notary Office issued the "Notice on the Implementation of the Reduction and Exemption of Fees for the Notary Limit of Real Estate Inheritance".
The notice pointed out that from July 1, 2024, the Nanhai Notary Office will charge notary fees for the notarization of real estate inheritance in the Nanhai District in the form of quota reduction, and the notary fee for each real estate inheritance in the Nanhai District will be reduced by up to 1,500 yuan, and if the inheritance notary fee is less than 1,500 yuan, it will be reduced or exempted on time.
According to the current implementation of the immovable property inheritance fee standard, the fee standard ranges from 0.065% to 0.8% depending on the excess amount of benefits.
