At the event site, the government service observation team adhered to the way of using the "spotlight" to look at the window and the "magnifying glass" to find problems, and successively went deep into the window service, self-service, rest and waiting, declaration counseling and other functional areas, and conducted all-round government affairs observation on the service quality and professional level of the window and the guide personnel; At the same time, on-site questionnaire surveys were carried out to gain an in-depth understanding of the service experience of the masses and enterprises.
